How to Measure

• Use a soft/cloth tape measure

• Place where you would like your beads to sit on your midsection

• The positioning is a personal one whether it sit high or low

• Do not suck in your stomach your beads should be comfortable 

• Add extra inches if you want some space

• Measure in inches

Please note: our beads are measured from bead to bead with extra string to tie.
